Synopsis:

He kept it casual
Superstar guitarist Ramsey's reputation as a bad-boy rocker is exceeded only by his dedication to his music. He's worked hard for the success of his hit metal band Toxsin, and he intends to enjoy it-completely. When a jilted groupie gets back at him for a one-night stand with an intimate-and completely inappropriate-tattoo, he needs it fixed, and fast. Sparks fly between Ramsey and his new tattoo artist, and Ramsey finds himself hoping for more than new ink.
Until she made him want more
When a high-profile tattoo job lands Jewel an invite on Toxsin's latest tour, she can't say no. It'll be great exposure, after all. What she's really worried about is ruining the gig by hooking up with the first guy to completely rock her world. She knows she should resist-Ramsey's not the kind to stick around for a morning after. But the way he makes her feel-as an artist and a woman-could be worth any risk.

Ramsey is a superstar guitarist for the rock band Toxsin with a bad boy reputation and a penchant for one night stands. The groupies are all part of the package. Until a jilted decides to get payback with a tattoo. An intimate and completely inappropriate tattoo. Cherry Blossoms. On his lower abdomen. Think low, low abdomen, ladies!
This bad boy rocker can't have that showing on stage. It'll ruin his and the bands image.
Enter Jewel. The tattoo artist that lands the high-profile job. And an invite on Toxsins tour. Being a struggling artist trying to get her foot in the door this is the perfect opportunity. As long as she can fight her attraction to the sexy as sin Ramsey.
While the chemistry between these two was sizzling and loving the banter Ramsey and Jewel first shared the story lost me. I felt like they were only ever fighting, having sex or Ramsey being an ass and running from his feelings. There could have been more of a storyline.
I did enjoy watching these two try and make their way through a brand new relationship. Ramsey was having more difficulty with it. He keeps the whole 'I am not a relationship guy' ruse up for most of the story. He didn't like the way that Jewel could see him. Didn't like that she could see underneath his bad boy persona.
Jewel is a virgin. So she has enough self-respect not to fall instantly in bed with Ramsey. But once she does you better watch out! We have a sex kitten, ladies and gentleman!
One who wants to get down and dirty. Now, while I find nothing wrong with wanting to getting down and dirty, because yes, we all have that inner vixen, it was just hard coming to terms with a newly deflowered virgin releasing it so soon.
As with any relationship there is misunderstandings. There is two people trying to find themselves. There is trouble making groupies. There is understanding. And finally realization.
I can't say I didn't like this book. That would be a lie. But I also didn't love it. I felt that with a tiny bit more it could have been better. Maybe more of a storyline? More romance? Not sure. Just a little bit more something.
Would I recommend this book? Absolutely. Just because I didn't 100% love it doesn't mean someone else won't. BUT... I would recommend reading book one in the series first. You'll get a better understanding of the secondary characters, Syon and Kate.
